Circle3 Studio was founded by Blaise Buchowski. Blaise has a BA from Cornell University and an ME and MBA from Vanderbilt University. He has successfully designed, developed, and managed Internet-related services for AT&T Business, Classmates.com, and the Office of Electronic Government & Technology.
